The staff at this hotel were outstanding, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The hotel's location in a safe and clean area of London, close to the financial district, was convenient for us. The rooms were well-designed, with great facilities and a nice view. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which featured quality produce and even had options for vegans.

New-fashioned and perfect units with kingsize bed. Plenty of delightful food at breakfast time. Central location, not too far from a high street.

The location was perfect, at a short distance from a historic castle. The hotel itself was in a domestic area, close to a 4 * in London, tubes and train station and the waiting taxi.

We loved staying here, the place met requirements. The staff were amicable, everything was very good during our stay. The food in the Michelin-starred restaurant was FABULOUS and brilliant.

The location of South Place Hotel is incredible and awesome, just 3 km from the city centre. There is a lovely restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel that offers appetising food. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary drinks.

Quaint pet-friendly property with knowledgeable and best stuff with F&B manager. Late check out. Marvellous location in a beautiful area near to London, and business district. Nearby Amber Bar - great place to chill out. Great to have a Michelin star rated restaurant for dinner.

Amazing breakfasts, the stay was luxury!

The hotel was top-class and had all the very modern charm coupled with a very good service. We booked a nice size rooms with super comfy bed. The personnel was genuinely professional and competent, and the property had a unique feeling. The location was quiet and prime, and we could reach Liverpool Street by walking. And the area was fantastic, so close to Moorgate Underground Station.

The place was clean with a nice design and nice and enthusiastic staff. Fancy unit on level 3 or above. Unbeatable and amazing location in London, just off the London and oxford street.

A great selection of options, fab food. Top-class and decent size room available with huge comfortable beds. Great and fab location not far from all major attractions by tube in a business area.

Located in the very heart of the city, this hotel is in walking distance from everything. The rooms are stylishly designed with quality technology, good quality toiletries and fluffy towels. Breakfast in bed is a treat and customer service cannot be faulted. The cocktails are excellent and staff are warm and welcoming.

We were disappointed that the secret garden was closed during our stay.
